brand historyIn 2002, the UK phone payments market was a confusing place, reeling from a number of micropayment break downs, many companies and organisations understood the need for an effective non-credit card solution but there was no one that could implement such a system. Surfpin pioneered the idea of mobile and home phone payment methods solutions by focusing on the user experience which we believed was the main stumbling block for all those that had come before us. Our service was designed to be simple to use, accessible to all, and completely understandable for both business and customer alike. This understanding of our customers is at the heart of the company's international success.
